SUSAN BEARDWOOD continued her studies at a College after her matriculation to be fully versed in the commercial field this included training as a Legal Secretary. When Susan had qualified she was offered a position in the Home Loans Division of the Standard Bank where she worked for a period of 9 years. During this time Susan gained a vast knowledge of all aspects of the home loans business becoming au fait with customer services, the handling of a variety of queries, new loans, registration of the mortgage bonds and The Deeds office operations, dealing with the attorney’s and other stakeholders in the business.
Susan is well versed with the various procedures relating to the processing of mortgage bonds. Susan also worked in various branches of the Standard Bank where she gained knowledge in other aspects of banking.
Susan upon leaving the Bank for Domestic Reasons spent time in the Sales Field as a sales representative and marketing agent for a large organization. Susan has also attended computer training courses and is computer literate.
Susan has passed the Estate Agents Affairs Board Examinations to obtain the required certification for the Real Estate Business. Susan has also completed a variety of courses offered by the Institute of Estate Agents which includes the Sectional Title and Sales Courses. Susan has a natural Sales ability and is fully qualified to operate as a property consultant and Real Estate agent in residential and sectional title property market. Being computer literate, Susan has all the skills necessary to operate in our business.
